Challenge
Security employers were losing time and clients due to an outdated platform. Job posting required 5 confusing steps causing drop-offs. The dashboard showed no meaningful data at a glance. And the blog page had zero new users since 2019 — dead for 4+ years.
5 core modules needed redesigning and 2 critical features were completely missing from the platform.

Goal
Redesign 5 existing modules and build 2 brand new features — creating a unified, modern employer platform where every workflow feels fast and effortless.
Reduce frustration, simplify complex workflows, and introduce Kanban pipeline and SIA Licence Hub as new capabilities.

Solution
I redesigned 5 core modules replacing cluttered layouts with clean card-based designs — and introduced 2 brand new features that transformed how employers manage hiring and compliance.
Job posting simplified from 5 to 4 steps. Dashboard rebuilt with at-a glance cards. Kanban pipeline introduced for visual hiring tracking. SIA Licence Hub built from scratch for compliance management.

Results
The redesign delivered measurable impact across the platform — with improvements felt by both employers and the internal team.

Reflection
The project taught me the difference between redesigning five core modules to solve employer pain points and building the Kanban pipeline and License Hub from scratch—a shift from optimizing what exists to product thinking from zero.
Working directly with the CEO and Product Manager throughout kept me aligned with both user needs and business goals at every stage.
